ICIIT 2018 : Registration

Deadlines

Early registration: September 20 - November 01, 2018 (GMT, UTC+05:30)
Late registration: November 02 – December 09, 2018 (GMT, UTC+05:30)
Onsite registration: December 10 – December 13, 2018

General Information

• One author of each accepted paper must register and attend to present the paper. If more than one author attends, then each author must register separately.
• Students will be required to upload proof of their student status at time of registration.
• Student ID’s without clear Name of the candidate, dates of validity and signature of the authority, will NOT be accepted as proof!
• PostDocs don’t qualify for student discount!
• Please have a PDF scan of your proof of student identity ready to upload.
• Note: Conference registration does not include the tutorials; they may register separately.
• On-site registration: On-site registrations will be available on the days of the conference — December 11 - 13, 2018 — starting from 8 am each day at the conference venue. On-site registrations will also be available for the tutorials, on December 10, 2018

* Remarks:

• ICIIT 2018 will feature four tutorials on December 10, 2018. The tutorial registration includes access to all the tutorials on December 10. As there could be parallel sessions, you can attend the tutorials of your choice for the entire day.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellations until November 2, 2018, payments will be refunded less 25% of total registration fee. The processing fee of 25% of total registration fee shall apply to all cancellations!
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after November 2, 2018 or to the registrants who fail to attend.
